RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
